3Ps rain forest -Peace in eyes, Peace in mind, Peace in heart

Peace.......Purely fresh air....whenever you feel stress or need fresh air this is the best place to visit.

Last few years I was stay in Subang. Weekend we went to a small garden that built for that area. Jogging or did some exercise. Since the location is in the middle of a busy area, even the place is so called 'garden' but I still can feel the dusty and carbon monoksid when breathing.

Photos of this rain forest is location in Kg Telok Gong Port Klang...if you are lucky can also find 'siput sedut' or 'belangkas'.

'cat fish' Omega 3

Have you heard about catfish or in Malay ikan keli?!....Wow.! it is very delicious especially the smoke catfish...

Catfish contains high level of Omega 3- fatty acids which is good for your body especially those who are keen to look young. There are nutritional elements that caught researchers about 20 years ago. They discovered that catfish is benefit for those who really care about their healthy heart.

Twice in a day are their food time. Be careful when you eat catfish outside. Most catfish especially the nonmuslim farm they give nonhalal food.
Usually farmer will give dump wet meat to catfish....hardly to see people give 'pallet'.

Pallet is one type of catfish food seems like friesky for cat....
why? because it is expensive but totally halal. In my house we give totally pure pallet...
where can we buy pallet? Can buy from special catfish shop or....can also buy from Mr Azman -my cousin who own and produce his pallet.

Guys....if you want to see and to get experience the farming of catfish, feel free to visit kg Telok Gong Port Klang and look for 'Man keli' or Suhaimi....hihi..

Lokan - nice to eat

Wow....these are lokan. A type of seafood that hardly can be found. Lokan only live in 'hutan bakau'. Whenever my family want it we will buy from Pantai Remis Kuala Selangor.

In Pantai Remis you can find many types of seafood like mentarang, lokan, kepah and kijing. Those that I never know before.

The taste is like kerang but much tasty.

'Cumplingan' - Heritage of Tradition Music

Last week I went to one of my neighbour's wedding ceremony....My first time saw 'cumplingan group' singing with Jawanese language.

A music tradition that hardly can be seen. Very interesting but as usual only old people are in the group. Youngsters not interested to continue this old music.

Someone need to do something to promote this heritage.
Since I am not Jawanese so I cant even understand a single word but the lyric and the melody is very smooth and attractive.

Santai with 'orang orang'

'Cameron Highlands' my favourite destination.

Those who never see 'orang-orang', in Cameron you can met them.
Usually in Malaysia 'orang-orang' can be seen in 'padi field'. The purpose is to make sure that the padi plant is save from birds or other animals.

uncle, where is toilet? upsss...

In Cameron Highlands, those 'orang-orang' are built as one of the attraction for the visitors.
In fact in cameron vegetables farm have no birds/animal that can spoil the plant. Hmmm not bad...
At least youngster will have idea how the 'orang-orang' look like. So do I.
